Does my AI check Google itself?
No. TheSerpAgent checks Google every day on its own and keeps the result. Your AI reads that record, so the record holds while your AI is off.
Do I need an AI to use it?
No. The daily checks, alerts, scheduled reports and the dashboard all work without one.
Which AI assistants work with it?
Claude Code and Cursor, each with a key, and Claude Desktop through the mcp-remote helper. Claude Code was run against a test copy of the server. The Cursor and Claude Desktop steps follow their own docs and have not been run in those apps.
Does it tell me why a keyword moved?
No. It shows what changed around the keyword between two dates, never a cause.
Can my AI run up the bill?
No. Plans are flat. Refreshes stop at the plan's monthly allowance, and reading has no meter.
