The service

The SERP Agent tracks where your websites rank on Google for the keywords you choose, and lets you read and manage that data in the app or through an AI assistant you connect.

Positions come from a third-party search data provider and are a close reflection of what a searcher sees, not a guarantee. Results can differ by location, device and time.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password and API keys safe. Tell us right away if you think they have been exposed.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

Plans, trial and billing

New accounts start with a free trial. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and in your billing screen.

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Fair use

Do not use the service to break the law, to overload it, or to resell raw data to others. Plan limits (keywords, projects and on-demand checks) apply to AI assistants and API keys in the same way as to the app.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep daily checks running but cannot promise the service will always be available. We may change features or these terms; we will tell you about important changes by email.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damage.
