Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email, and a hashed password or your Google sign-in), the websites and keywords you track, the ranking results for them, and basic usage and billing information.

We do not collect payment card numbers: payments are handled by Stripe.

How we use it

To run the service, show your rankings, send the alerts and emails you ask for, take payment, prevent abuse and improve the product.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us run the service: search data (to look up rankings), payments (Stripe), email delivery, and hosting. We do not sell your data.

If you connect an AI assistant, the assistant can read and change the data in your workspace according to the key you gave it. Revoke the key at any time.

Keeping data

We keep your keyword history while your account is active. Raw search results are deleted after a limited period. You can delete a project or your whole workspace, and we remove the data from our systems.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data by writing to support@theserpagent.ai.
